Lian Santos is our youngest team member and the heart of our aid projects in Tanzania. Even as a child, he was driven by a strong sense of justice and fairness. These values continue to guide him today. At Chikima, he handles administrative tasks and coordinates the distribution of aid locally.
Through direct contact with the children, he creates real connections with families, understands their needs, and ensures that help reaches exactly where it is needed most.
